The threat of the far right continues to grow across the world. From right-wing populists to bona fide fascists, far right leaders have swept to power in continent after continent since the early 2000s. To fight them we need to understand what fascism is, why people are being drawn to the far right and the culpability of mainstream capitalist institutions in creating the conditions that help these movements grow.
